At Studio VPSY, we endeavour to work with people who believe in the power of recalibrating the perception of human-space relationship. We believe that our primary target market is with various organisations; local governments, public organisations and companies who show interest in the use of human-space relationship as a mode of creating and promoting their identity, products or services. This include projects like libraries, galleries and flagship stores. Our secondary market is homeowners who are interested in improving their living condition through modern architectural innovation reflecting our passion on sustainable and research-based design practices. Our marketing strategy compromises of a careful selection of online and offline platforms that target not only potential clients but also build our vision and brand as Studio VPSY.

 

 

Offline

Participation in community events and expos is our primary offline channel to showcase our practice. We aim to find every opportunity to hold informal events and design show booths that demonstrates our architectural philosophy. This way, potential clients can see and experience a real life example of our practices.

We will seek every opportunity to have publications, to not only advertise our studio, but a way to create authenticity and legitimacy to our practice, such as publishing in professional grade magazines like AA and Inside.

Participation in exhibitions will be an opportunity to further communicate our studio’s identity as being research based and innovative with potential for our work published on a related media.

Studio VPSY will be actively engaged in product design. We have chosen this method as we understand the difficulties for potential customers to experience our work through an architectural project. As an alternative, we believe in experimenting and designing everyday products that reflects our philosophy. These novel products will be listed on platforms such as Kickstarter and Etsy to build the company brand.

We will primarily focus on promotions via social media and various community groups. Social media such as Instagram and Pinterest will be catered to offer ideas for new dwelling or development. Similarly, in community groups like Renoguide and Homeone, we will utilise the advertisement section and forum section to reach out to our potential clients.

Ultimately, these channels will lead to our website where clients can receive more detailed information about our practice and philosophy. The website will present our projects and publications that demonstrate our strength and service.

One of the key functions of our website will be our forum.  The forum will allow us to explore topics related to our multiple disciplines, sustainability and research. We envision this forum to grow as conversational ground for both professionals and potential clients.
